Average is 5 years for a fresh out with degree. H1-B visa max is near that also. So they are pretty much the same. Only those that get the good positions with the good money stay because they are not held accountable for anything.
i've seen 60% on new hires for field jobs. Theyve tried bus tours lately of prospects.

Aberdeen is on its knees. It can’t survive this downturn so the smart ones go somewhere else.
