Look at insider sales. Don R head of legal for QCOM and Alex R legal and head of royalty group both SELLING. Why sell a winner? Maybe legal has some serious doubts about the outcome of their battle with Apple?

Q3 earnings looking rough ?
Only two reasons to sell that much stock:
1) Need money for coc--ne habit
2) Stock is maxed out in value; capital to be invested elsewhere to earn a respectable return
Perhaps they are worried about ending up in a lawsuit over the 3 employees who have jumped to their death from Qualcomm buildings since 2010.
Sell to cover...QCOM does not give any other option. Aapl will lose...judge staff ALREADY said AAPL is breaching a patent. The only question again is by how much AAPL is going to lose
