You can't run a company if you no longer have a competitive product or strategy. BK's failed strategy was as a follower, not a leader. He completely failed in just about everything he attempted and then would go to the nearest liberal talking heads show to brag about his escapades and not have time field any tough questions.
It is clear the current toxic culture starts from the top. It has been built for years in the management structure as long as technical leadership structure. Get ride of BK is not enough. Intel PE, Sr PE have lost reputation. Just look at the one been promoted in recent three years.
