By the way leadership acts, I would say no? In general, unhappy people just want to be heard... but there isn’t even any of that going on.
Are we ultimately so critical to some organizations’ operations and ultimately enough people will need these jobs that the exec leadership team can really get away with whatever they want?

Yes, the exec team can pretty much do what they want.
The end for DXC WILL come, but it isn't imminent. The denouement to this rather sorry saga will take a number of years to play out, but it won't end well.
