Cost of living in midland is not sustainable. Schools are crap, no daycare availability, private schools have waiting lists so deep no one can get in, medical care is poor and waiting lists for Doctors, home prices are ridiculous and nothing to do here. Stores never have enough in stock or enough help. Quality of life in the office and out of the office are poor.
Wouldn’t want to be here went it all crashes. Start looking for another company if you think Midland may be in your future. No amount of money is worth the misery Midland is.
