Wondering if the inside dimension of the RCI Tank dimensions that were bored past tolerance have ever been addressed. We found more than 75 tanks that were bored out past D.O.T defined limits and we scrapped them. What a big out roar from Brazil as most of the tanks were from their region.
Upon scrutiny of the documentation we found the contradicting engineering notes that were stating non- D.O.T tolerances for Class 1 pressure vessel.
