Is Qualcomm immature or is really mature to handle big merger.. china keep on testing Marshmallow test. we want mature merger. Keep them waiting forever, until they quit themselves. Then china can declare that both are immature. this is Q way of testing employee patience...

Indeed. If they're still in a mode of testing the test, we can't expect them to begin implementing the test until their test development phase is complete.
