When you begin to diminish your assets (employees), you begin to dissolve your corporation. Lowe's will fail.

I've always felt as though home depot is a better run company than lowe's..that's just one of the reason's they are #1.
I 100% agree! The restructuring is b---s---! I have worked at Lowe's for four years part-time and all of the great full-timers are horribly miserable or have quit!
I have never been yelled at by a customer, until this idiotic restructuring! There just are not enough employees!
And now that Lowe's has gotten the huge tax breaks? They are buying back their stocks and forcing employees to quit and not replacing them unless absolutely necessary. The cashiers now must clean the toilets and all sales people must go out and bring carts in if you are not with a customer, plus, do our other jobs. Also, Lowe's has fired managers that have been there for years and has replaced them with young, ignorant corporate nazis that makes life miserable!
Lowe's use to be a great company to work for, but now it is corporate sh--!
I hope that all fired or quit have found something better, in this b---s--- country that is bought and paid for by corporations!
Tax cuts for a 59 billion a year money maker corporation and what about it's trickling down? Lol, yeah right!
It’s why I’m moving to Home Depot. The depot impresses me as a better run company with opportunities for advancement; something that is lacking with Lowes. With Lowes unless you are an a$$kisser then you are stuck where you are. As I write this I’m watching the new 22 year old SSM flirt with the college girls in the department. I already know how this is going to turn out; preferential schedules and less work for them.
Not really, there is a lot of salary employees that are dead weight.
But will he be a hoser?
Perfectly said. I think Ellison is nothing more than a closer.
