Loved the irony of this well crafted and edited report on all the amazing things that Pearson is doing around the theme of " Sustainability" contrasted to the dumpster fire of a business that Pearson has become which could not be less "Sustainable"?
-Meeting earnings targets by continuously slashing employees - Not Sustainable
-Always reinventing the wheel by rolling our new systems prematurely- Not Sustainable
-Failing to address broken business models - Not Sustainable
-Releasing technology products that don't work as promised and don't really solve customer needs- Not Sustainable
-Rewarding the same leadership for pouring a cup of water on the dumpster on fire that they lit- Not Sustainable
-Losing a generation of talent - Not sustainable
-Always putting shareholders before employees and customers- Not Sustainable
I could go on....
