Looking forward to AR18

Sounds very fair.

New review process, new software, same old crap. Industry standard means we give up. Somebody else nailed it - nothing left to differentiate from others.

@txt - dude, that is everywhere. Is Q the only place you’ve worked?

The Q review system will always be unfair. You can't get top.marks unless you are the bosses pet... Even when The boss is not very bright. Your peer reviews don't mean squat. Everyone of my peers ranked me 5 or better except for the pet and I got a 4. After meeting all expectations and training goals also met.

What good does it do to ask for peer reviews if they just make stuff up anyway.

There is an interesting point in the last post that as Qualcomm "grows up" and adopts more "industry standards", it loses itself. It is less fun. It is just a job. Engagement drops.

Every year there is a new process. What a big waste of time. Imagine how much money they have wasted. They should fire everyone in HR. Why do they have to do what everyone else does. What differentiates the Q from the rest. Why even work here. A bunch of mindless sheep.

The new process is what most companies follow...
