I want to start by saying, if you ever consider working for this company....run. The leadership on all functions care nothing for their people nor the hard work they put in to sustain the company. It is borderline criminal, the things they do to people, robbing them of their dignity. Cutting them loose literally with no notice...it is inhumane and unbearable. The people left have either carried on in such indignified ways (use your imagination) or they have literally sold their soul to the dark side. Save that money now, because the bell will be tolling very soon for you all.

To the funny previous poster If you were lucky, you got a 1-4% increase after staying with the company through the largest oil crash since the 1970s. It took a while to recover.
This industry isn't for everyone. If you have an advanced degree, are in sales, or management, you can do OK. The rest, like yourself are support staff. Don't get too comfortable.
I am fairly new to the company. From what I can tell most of the seasoned employees moral is crushed. It doesn't take long to tell how unhappy they are with the company and it's future. Is it true you guys went 4 years without any pay increase?
The area I work in is pretty toxic, employees do their jobs, but it's with a huge grudge and resentment for Weatherford. All they talk about is how awul the company is. As a side note , I like my job it's really easy and it pays better than my old job at a sandwich chain. Hope it gets better here for everyone because the negativity is tough to deal with every single day.
This is a corupt & terrible company now.
I’ve worked for this company for 15 years and been mostly all over the world with them.
I would say the worst is in Saudi. There is so much money to be made but management and the Saudi’s have no clue how to run there business units.
Also the corruption inside is crazy. Who spends 40-50k on PPE in just one quarter..... mmmmmmmm.
Also HR has way too much power and can get away with anything.
This company will never pay its debt off and will go into receivership soon and as a expat don’t ever think about working for them, they will use and abuse you. You have to fight for your pay, what a joke Wft is.
I’ve seen inside and outside. It is not the same with all seevice companies.
Same in every service company WFT are no different from the rest, my advice take the money while doing as little as possible as they view us as just a number they don't owe us and we don't owe them so screw them for everything before the day they let you go comes along.
