Sourcing is a complete disaster. The field reps have no idea who to call to get a simple answer to a simple question. People are forced into roles that have no clear definition of what they are actually supposed to do. Management will not share numbers with their people. People have no idea how they are performing. People are not allowed to request vacation days off yet because management does not have the mental capacity how to figure out headcount and workload since this new process has been implemented. Internally the morale is at an all time low. But hey, maybe they’ll send another survey out and that will make things all better. Guess they just need to stick to the “playbook”. Keep it up Elizabeth!! 👍or 👎...😂😂😂

I work for a competitor and we essentially do our own sourcing... we call direct to whoever, get our price/lead-time, issue a PO and add a % to the shipping. The turn-around is about a half hr at most. Much easier than when I was at Grainger.
We’ve had a few surveys that’s about it. Mike V sent one out after his lameass TH, funny how the results haven’t been shared yet from the most recent one and the one that was sent in September. The new process EF has implemented is a disaster, I can only imagine what the field partners are thinking. It’s comical at this point! Cody needs to step up or Elizabeth will continue to walk all over him.
They are still trying to figure out why Jagger didn’t work.
