Thread regarding Windstream Corp. layoffs

What happens to our customers when the company goes bankruptt?

Once the company goes under what happens to our customers? Do they simply lose service once we stop paying the power bill?

Customers would actually benefit if windstream folds. Other service companies aren’t great but 10 times better than windstream

Service levels may deteriorate even further...I know, hard to believe...but customers should not lose service since WIN provides lifeline service, this the FCC and PSCs can't allow them to file Chapter 7 and liquidate. In Chapter 11 bankruptcy, the judge typically wipes out the common stock shareholders, cuts out much of the debt, terminates more employees including the executives, names a debtor-in-possession (DIP) financier, restructures the board, sells off assets if possible, etc.
