Just a matter of time before another round of layoffs. They didn’t just get us to sign a Surprise mandatory arbitration agreement for nothing. Today’s the start of the next FY yet my team hasn’t been told what it’s budget is. Has yours?

I didn't sign it. You shouldn't have either. main reason...you give up your right to participate in a class action suit.
Thank you— nothing they do surprises me. They went from a great company to a bottom feeder.
When signed it basically means you cannot use the legal system to settle disputes. You give up the right to have a jury of your peer decide on a case. It means an arbitrator of their choice makes the decision. Simple googling shows it’s not good for associates, only good for the company who’s worried about being sued. It’s also illegal to require someone to sign one..
What is a surprise mandatory arbitration agreement and what was on it?
Yep - it’s obvious somethings up, since top leadership has been MIA the last month.
