Does his contract say he gets to keep all that stuff when he parachutes out in 1.5 to 2 years?

MG had her office redone when she arrived—complete with new flooring. And, yes, with two standing desks for her and RD. But don’t kid yourself—it was mostly for show. RD still had an office of his very own—albeit a smaller one—on the 15th floor.
I'm surprised, was M-Gone even here long enough to pick out furniture? Ynot may need to go to Ikea if he wants to get anything before his golden parachute opens.

When you say "his" new office, first we need to understand if he even has an office. Remember when M-Go arrived, she tore down the walls and moved herself and RD into one shared office. Is the wall going back up for Y-Not?
