I agree, I can see change June 1st not mid month , the reps having a good month will not be happy if implemented Mid- Month. Retroactive from May 1st that means all the hard work is taken away? Doesn't sound right even for VZW.
Don't believe it, especially quota part " no commission " implementation Mid Month? It almost sounds like a retail company going out of business! Strict SMP metrics being implemented now on commission system .till I see it ,I'll be shocked if it happens, VZW doesn't move this fast! The way VZW moves it's too many changes too fast!
You can't sign off on 2,000 layoffs on a Monday and fire everyone later that same week. HR needs time dipshit.
Is no zero based. Is agile proces. Verizon will automate to the internet of things making GM Worker obsolete. Other worker will enjoy glorious transformation. All will understand new Verison agile methods. Is no rif. Is most greatest technology.
Also, on the 17th, the whole retail channel is going to no-commission, hourly only. retroactive to may 1. strict SMP implementation for key metrics not being attained. expect a payout in the hourly difference in your june 1st check.
