Ptc changes

On the wire new process to onboard new hires. 90 page onboard now down to 6 pages. Looks like they are going paperless, new system to sign documents. Club managers now involved with the process more than ever.

CM and assistance are involved now in orientation and will be in the new process at my club. You can't except that they don't have time have to make time new hires are important and need to feel that way.

I am a PTC and whenever I conduct an orientation I email all the Managers to stop in and introduce themseleves. So guess how many stop in? Zero!! Goose Egg! Zilch! If they don’t have time to introduce themselves do you actually THINK they have time to Spend 60 minutes helping conduct an orientation. Who thinks of this. All I have to say is Get a clue, because the person who incorporates these new orientation have never held the position of a PTC.
