Thread regarding Chicago Bridge & Iron layoffs

Someone should be held accountable

Those that bring companies down like this should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. What they did to enrich themselves at the expense of their employees, customers, shareholders, etc should be a criminal offense. Those that brought down Enron and Tyco, etc were held accountable and so should those at CBI. I'm sure Mr. Horton is turning over in his grave at how the company he founded has now met its demise. There is a book called "The Bridge Works, a History of Chicago Bridge and Iron". It would be interesting to read what an update to this book would entail.

Couldn't agree more with @T5LqLMV-6wnm.

The problem is the law. In the old days, we would have strung up the crooks.

CB&I has had a history of pumping and dumping. Google the CEO before PA. This was never a well run company.
