Women are taking control of this company. Most men agree everything should be 50/50 but the women in charge are irrationally choosing female candidates over men. Verizon is spending crazy amounts of money for special womens seminars and trainings but there are more minority groups that dont recieve the same special treatment. Where are the Latinos of wireless seminars or African Americans of wireless? Those groups are discremated equally or maybe more than women. Want proof? Check out the senior leadership ratios of white men to minorities and see if women out weigh the others. My point is, why waste money on this? Sure we needed more women in power but now its overboard. It's unfair.

The list of verizon executives. 18 people, 3 of which are women. But yeah, blame women in power for the problems lol.... the ratio of women to men in sr leadership. You freaking dunce.
If you want a source, here's an interview with Claudia Goldin - Harvard Economist. She's spent her career studying the gender wage gap. According to her, it's mostly explained by experience and hours worked.

But then again, she's only an expert on the matter and brings facts and evidence to the discussion. The feminists think scientific evidence is oppressive. Feelings are what count to them.
Can I help that my headhunter negotiated better than my female coworker, and I ended up making more for the same job? Based on our performance, I can safely say our team members wouldn't have had a problem with the disparity if they had known. I only found out by accident when I saw her offer letter years later.
black workers... black women especially are hurt most by the wage gap most. shut up sometimes.
So is WOW still a thing. Does the organization still exist?
I asked for a source and am told to "Google it". Super convincing argument. Really compelling stuff.
Perhaps you’re missing the part where they said woman make less money in the same roll which has nothing to do with life choices or having children ( which is another double standard in itself but we won’t go there now). If you want a source... google it. There’s plenty.
How is asking you to cite a source for your claims ignorant? The wage gap has been proven false time and time again. The study everyone always points to just took raw data and saw women make less money and falsly assumed it was because of gender. They didnt, however, account for differences in life choices like having children, and different career paths, non STEM degrees, ect. I could go on but it would probably go over your head. But you can't just say women in this company make less money than men because it's absolutely false. All the women at my store have been there longer than I have and therefore have a higher hourly. Oh and my GM is female too so she gets paid the most... So I'm really not seeing any evidence of women being paid less at Verizon.
TcWv7wb-1jfk... you’re ignorance is the problem.
"My heart bleeds for the men in this company who make more money per hour doing the same job that your female counterparts"
Yeah, I'ma need a source on that. Because that's absolutely false.
black workers in BR have been hit hard with recent layoffs. its so obvious that i dont know how big red doesnt have a class action lawsuit. i feel bad for them
Is WOW still a thing? I’m asking for a friend
I saw that movie "Women of Wireless" on Cinemax.
It's a front so they can defuse the layoffs...good PR. Join the me too, racecard, lgbtqabcdfrdt movement and the media and politicians will look the other way.
This company forces diversity to a point where it’s just fake. Maybe hire people that are best for a job without accounting for skin color or if they have a vag--a?
"Money spent on that garbage could be used torwards these buyouts and potentially save more jobs!"
Buyouts "save" jobs? Not anywhere in the known universe.
My heart bleeds for the men in this company who make more money per hour doing the same job that your female counterparts do yet want to complain about a conference geared towards woman in leadership. Perhaps Verizon funded the conference with the money they saved by employing woman vs. men. FOH with your complaining and playing the victim.
Restrictions avoid obstructions and excite ambition for requisition; if free admission, instructions for progression would create nothing but confusion and obvious retardation.
Those things exist in my region
