Our front end TL already runs the club and does most of PTC responsibilities.
What do mean hours cut? At the club I'm at my team lead and another person got over time. As we work over and are told to cut during the week. We are short so we are made to do more. It's not right!

has been reduced getting the new associates on the floor quicker. Team lead to show the proper way things are done in their dept.
So what you are saying is team leader will have even more responsibilities? Yea good luck doing: regular hourly, supervisor hourly, and now Salary managers job all for low pay. Oh and also while your hour are being cut because the company is over payroll even though the building is short staffed. Team leads are over worked as is.
Team leads will take over most of the associate hr responsibilities from the PTC.
In response to "exactly what is this", from everything I have read it seems to have to do with updating the legacy system when used in regards to retail business. This has already started with the Own Your Inventory app on the TC70's. For example, there is a report we must work in Own Your Inv that is similar to the no movement from the legacy/smart system. It's an update if the outdated IT systems and it is far more trackable in terms of completion than the old system.
So basically out with the crappy old and slow and in with the new? Not much to choose from here but ok.
