New program in UM that puts discharge directly into our queue but it takes a lot of time to sort it out as the computer is not accurate. Billing is getting messed up I understand and there are delays. This as of a few weeks into it. So we get rid of the people who sort it out. Now the nurses are sorting it out. With full rosters and its not easy.
Okay, since enrollment and billing always went hand in hand, time to see the road ahead. I've been gone months now, grateful for it.
B & E was the bread/butter to Medicare/commercial, etc. So, get out now, while you can...before this titanic puts another oar in the deep end before it sinks. Since $$ is the goal and bottom line to the company, what do you think will happen now they have outsourced it? Lights up, resume's out, time to jump the boat.
So sorry to hear about the loss of your jobs. Hope you can find something better!
Wow sorry to hear you were rif’d. This company has been on a roll none stop for well over a year now.
What's the total count this time?
Very sorry billing- prayers to those affected
Commercial billing. Both large and small group. Outsourced.
What billing department? Is this commercial or Medicare? Anyone have any info?
So sorry for everyone
Prayers to the whole department. I wasn’t familiar with billing reps. Sorry, do not know much about the position.
On no🙈. Are they being outsourced? I’m shocked to read this so I can’t imagine how the people in the department are feeling. So sorry for them.
