My director accidentally slipped up and told a manager in my district that commission is changing really soon as in June or July.... I’m hearing that team comp is not rolling out since it failed miserably. However, I am hearing the persistent rumor that commission is going away completely soon. I’ve talked to one GM in a district with no commission and things are going good. Not good for the reps pay, but that customers are happier, NPS went up, and they are actually selling more.

In GL08 we are trialing true dollar commission structure. Phones have no true dollar. Everything else falls into your bucket. Tabs, hum, jet pack, TMP MD, TMP etc. this is a much better structure vs the old one. At Christmas I was able to get full quota on adds/upgrade and bucket and get my 1225 payout. Now on this structure I can hit 130-140 percent of my target on bucket and do the same amount of phones and make way more money.
How does the true dollar trial work?
NOT TRUE... I know someone who is over a trial and Neither the Team Quota nor the no Quota is doing well!! The only one that is doing well is the everything has a true dollar amount trial is doing great
Which area or zone is actually trying this. Because someone posts this every month that it's going away and nothing ever happens
