You’re closing. As usual it’s a secret. Not making enough money which equates to smaller bonuses for the big wigs, and your new global rvp. They don’t like their bonus being touched.

If it’s their bonus or your survival you lose every time.

Sorry you had to hear it here, too bad leadership isn’t more open an honest - like they claim to be.

End is coming, start preparing.

South Region used to ship the crappy cookie dough in frozen buckets of glop. The cookies were tne times better across the street at Publix. So now it can just be outsourced to some generic factory...no worries! It will probably result in a dramatic IMPROVEMENT in product quality.

They are probably hoping all the bakehouse TM will fill all the jobs that nobody wants at store level.

Outsourcing everything. In the mid Atlantic, almost nothing is made in house or at a regional kitchen(closed). Pasta/potato salads now come in white Pails like every other fast food deli (think Subway) and have the nutritional profile to match. Deli pasta salad went from 250 calories per 1/4 cup to 568 and a whopping 40 grams of fat. It’s disgusting.

Bake house product is crap anyway cakes are terrible and don’t get me started on the sandwich bread 🤮.Where are you getting this information by the way ?
