Aetna whistleblower, who says CVS gouged Medicare and Medicaid customers, is put on leave

In regards to this being noticed at Aetna, knowledge of this kind of fraud involves access to information that companies like CVS have fought tooth and nail to keep "confidential" for years. Only a highly knowledgeable person near the top of Aetna's hierarchy could have the access and expertise to piece this together. Even now, attorneys at CVS and Aetna (unfortunately because CVS has acquired Aetna, who is now essentially acting on behalf of CVS), are arguing the only thing they've ever been able to- that the information Behnke has against them is confidential and proprietary. Because the only way to rip off the American people for Billions of dollars, is manipulating the law to cover your tracks. I think a lot of people suspected this kind of abuse (in the industry), but Sarah would be one of the few who could actually try to prove it because she would the have had the required have access and knowledge to piece it together. This kind of fraud is complex to prove, and taking on a 70 billion company is no small task (imagine doing it if they'd just bought your employer..)
The suit was sealed. A judge ordered it to be unsealed. Now, CVS wants the fraud case sealed again.
Strange that this was not noticed for the past 10 years by anyone at Aetna...smells fishy.
Busted!!!!
