Most likely Engineering and installation will be affected. Contractors are being let go. Heading for something. Business has slowed downed considerably.

We were already too overloaded, now we get to do the work of four people and get berated if something is not done or missed. They say handing it off to contractors, so it's not adding, while ignoring that numerous cumbersome processes and systems have made just handing it off time consuming, and we are not allowed to voice concerns, or we are a problem and will be next on the list, of denied raises/bonuses. Oh wait we didn't get a raise last year while workload quadrupled.
Company doesn’t care. Dividends is the key element here. Take the package and run.
Feel bad for the younger workers?? How about us that are within sight of retirement that have given the outfit our whole lives?
Company not being open and honest about what’s happening. Supervisors are all saying everything is fine. The depts that are slow need to worry. Feel bad for the younger workers.
