As we squeeze hours in the stores and hire new associates in at minimum wage ever think of Steve Tamares wage? What's reasonable for his performance. How about 3.96 million plus another 12 million in stock. Total 16million dollars for 2016. The stock has gone from 70 dollars share to 17 in 4yrs. I think that's kinda a lot of money don't you? Maybe he should give some back to pay for some new fixtures in the stores. Every day I go to work I say to myself "work harder Steve's new yacht is counting on me"
