Will current shift supervisor RXs be getting a higher raise than shift supervisors or techs? Since they do both I feel they should be started off higher. What will the new title be?

Shift rx title will now be Store Leadership. There are no more cross training roles but they still want people cross trained to eventually go into RX permanently.
I was told that shift RX will not be as high as a tech to try and entice people to go to RX.
