State of the company

Out of yard in 10 minutes,call customer b4 arrival, leave card,call customer at end of day,sell customers new modems only really refurbished, 12hrs of work,no overtime. Ucan,ucan, no repeats. Don’t fix bad sections but won’t remove repeats on scorecards. Garbage bags slickers on every aerial terminal. No money for rehab or replacing bad sections. Bottom line techs held accountable for everything Bullish!t company

You idiots, nobody gives a crap about residential. Lost cause. It’s national fiber and enterprise customers. They are selling the residential side. Level 3 management does not want it.

This is HILIARIOUS!. I thought we were the only ones that has bad cable. Wow. Epic post! So true!!!!! How the F** do we still have any customers??? Seriously, we've worked hard last three years to get rid of customers!

Don't forget convert regular 10 Meg customer to CAF 10 Meg, put them out of service because they need a new modem for a day, then get extra case of trouble tomorrow. Run all kinds of temporary cable on trees on the ground in people's yards. Then it lays there 3 or 4 months and they get tired of seeing it and mow It Off. Go to replace again. No money to fix the cable you know. Had to laugh when I saw the garbage bag comment. Guess we aren't the only area that has that.
