If the bottom line is the stock, someone needs to look at the amount of supervisors Las Vegas has. Some of them are very highly paid. Vegas has supervisors that have an average of between 9-15 employees under them. There‘s are actually some supervisors who have less than 6 people under them. I believe the company recently hired more supervisors after 2 took the package this past January and retired.
Back in the day I believe it used to be as high as 30 to 40 employees per supervisor. So maybe the company needs to focus on why there are so many highly paid supervisors and leave the technicians that actually perform the work alone.
Less supervisors, More efficient managing and delegating means better productivity = better return on your money.
It’s also important that the company stands by what the say, keep your promises to the employees. Company should have paid the end of the year bonus to the craft people, especially since all the higher up’s received their signing and retiring bonuses (in the millions).
