Seems like whenever anyone is critical of the overuse of H1B visa workers over Americans, the SJWs in HR yell "RACISM" and run to their safe safe. Has anyone noticed this?

Not "blaming those people"... accusing those that use them as economic weapons, and those that abuse the system.

We may not have a hug there but State Farm Systems/Enterprise Technology already has plenty of resources in India contracted through a vendor. That's been the case for years. They're even cheaper than H1B visa.

OP.. ya, that seems to be pretty standard. Got to scare others into not repeating, and believing. After all, who wants to be called a racist, or associated with one? It's easier to just stop thinking about it. Sad really.
@Tlo8Mux-clr - Unfortunately, other companies are going to India. Check out the Allstate boards on this forum. It appears that they are also consolidating to hubs with one being in India. That would certainly be one way around the whole visa issue.
Hopefully if State farm is laying off workers, they are no longer bringing in people on H1B visas. Any company in America that hires H1B workers needs to be targeted and driven out of business. If a company wants to employ Indians, well relocate to India.
