When can we relax once again and focus primarily on our work instead of having to worry about our jobs every single day?
Is there such a time in sight or is this our reality now? Constant stress and anxiety over having zero job security?
If that's the case, CenturyLink won't need layoffs anymore. Everybody will leave on their own.
Already started. Our monthly numbers in I/m repeats r no longer removed. Bad section. Repeat. Cut cable. Repeat. Pair gain/dsl failure. Repeat. Snickered/wet section. Repeat.
THEY WILL NEVER STOP NO ONE IS SAFE AS LONG AS JEFF STORY AND HIS HUNDERLINGS ARE IN CHARGE
They obviously would love for people to leave on their own. If not they will enforce productivity and other programs that will allow them to effectively fire people for not meeting the “standards” for productivity. Then They don’t have to offer packages, severence packages, etc.. They will also reduce union numbers to a point where they are ineffective.
A regiinal manager i trust that i have worked with all my life, tells me they will be cutting people through the end of the year and nobody is safe. He told me anybody smart would be looking for a job. I am taking his advice and so are many others. Since Centurystink has no retirement, it's not like you are losing anything by leaving.
