Anyone who has been with the company long enough knows when they change the comp plan we sell more to make to less that is a fact. Managers get pissed because if we make less so do they. Anyone in the trails have any idea on what it will be.

They will change it only to make the rep more money.. they want reps to make so much money. Verizon wants to figure out a way to pay everyone even more money.
