Problem with L3 Waco, management keep laying off people on the floor where they know what their doing. They should start laying off people upstairs, look at manufacturing before , they got two supervisor in every department , managers every two department then managers of those managers plus assistant managers of their managers then head managers, what are these managers doing right now , now that they shutdown manufacturing.

It used to be creamy. Back in the days of SR and DH. With them and the rest of the talent leaving like LR, JS, and EB...sad days are ahead my friends.

Do not agree that Waco has nothing to worry about. Waco is not out of the woods at all. I do have a problem with those that come to work to look busy and do not put forth the effort to be productive. Yet these are the ones that will cry the loudest when they are laid off.
well here we are Monday morning one thing I guess we all can agree on is that we're looking busy. I guess Waco has nothing to worry about we have plenty of work I guess. one thing I can tell you I'll be here longer than you will .... ..

First of all I am not busy being busy, I am busy. I have lots of work that truly keeps me very busy. Second, when people get fired, its possible we all do not know the whole story. I have had co-workers that seem very experienced and knowledgeable and what I consider a good employee. I later find that they are often disrespectful and insubordinate, I had just never witnessed it.

Still lots of good people left. Just remember, Waco decisions are now being made in Greenville. Greenville may have plenty work right now, but many of their contracts are old long term contract. But, are they winning anything new?

So you want to lay off the people that hire you floor folks? It's so easy to point a finger but you know when you do, three are pointing back at you? If all the managers quit, who would tell you what to do? I don't think you'd know what to do or you'd done it all ready.
