L3 Code of Conduct *OUR NON-RETALIATORY CULTURE*

Everyone at L3 who comes forward with concerns plays an important role in maintaining a healthy,

respectful, and productive workplace and protects our customers, shareholders, colleagues, traveler/index.jsp

suppliers, and the community at large. raising concerns helps us address problems early—before potentially more serious consequences develop. retaliation in any form against an individual who in good faith reports a violation of the Code or of the law, even if the report is mistaken, or assists in the investigation of a reported violation, is a serious violation of this Code and of law. Every L3 employee has an obligation to create an environment free of retaliation. It is, therefore, L3’s policy to strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against anyone who raises a concern.

I would have to say that L3 doesn’t follow there own COE policy. It’s sad that they think leadership is creating a non retaliatory culture.

If you were a business owner, an employer, wouldn't you have policies to protect you and your organization? How many policies would you have to protect your employees from you?

The biggest joke in the world. HR policy is made to protect the company, not the employee.
