Oh don't worry, they won't.
I agree. Management needs to be accountable. According to the CA warn site, Intel Santa Clara has 65 permanent layoffs. The notice date is May 15 2018 and the effective is June 30 2018. I don’t know how to read the notice vs. effective date. I am assuming that employees were notified on may 15. Who are they? Are they the remaining employees within NDG? Or collection of employees from various groups i.e. ADG?
Hopefully, layoffs will be the next step. Heaven forbid they layoff any of the stupid management making the assinine decisions. So much easier just to lie about a lower level employee's performance ad justification to get rid of them.
