Initially you will be welcomed. Then after a period the toxic environment inside of Q will spread. The SD crowd will start their politics, the mission grabs, the non-cooperation, and undermining. Upper mgt will do nothing to stop it because in reality they set the negative tone. The best thing that could happen for NXP is for the deal to fall through.

OP, you are onto this one - 100% right. We saw time and again the company that got bought hate the Qualcomm flows, get least support and are asked to focus on wrong avenues because they are the outsider and Q mgmt knows everything (read: our way).
Only 7 weeks left.. the N stock is oscillating a lot. Wait 4 next tender offer extension this Friday.
Next Wed Fed hike is coming. Companies won't afford Increasing rates any more. Stock market manipulation thru AI won't either. I would say within next two years stock market crash is coming. Buy gold
