IT empire is way too bloated. Hock Tan has 1.5% headcount allocated to IT. By those standards it would translate into a 500 people org at Q or 1000 in the combined company.
Surprising she couldn't even come right out and acknowledge there will be more layoffs if the NXP deal closes. That's pretty much a given.
