Any news on Autodialer training and if we will move away from having a roster? Fingers crossed!

Maybe I am being naive but we were told it’s only if you want to volunteer for overtime all overtime will be done via the auto dialer so if you don’t plan on working overtime you should not have to use the auto dialer Many of us have gone through the training and have not used the auto dialer because were not working overtime so we will probably forget it very quickly
Be prepared to work your a off.
If they are training you in it then auto dialer is coming your way.
