We have 18 techs cleaning out their vans. Last day is tomorrow. Two SRO's took a package. Every work center in the state is losing techs. Selling off seems like where they are going.

New tech is 5G, provides 1-10G to a home or business. For $370 in labor and $240 in material, the new tech will generate $90 a month in revenue, but...that $610 is split 255 ways, because you can get 255 customers per $240 card.
The customer will but there own 5G router for $800 or $900.
Or they can finance just like a cell phone.
CTL does not have 5G, but we have the strong fiber back bone. ATT, VZ will use as well as Sprectrum and Comcast.

I am serious. Too many people thing old ways will work with new tech. It will not. Whenever new technology presents itself before deployment the most efficient manner is planned and discussed and then deployed.

that's exactly where they are going. They are purposely running it into the ground to prove that its costing them rather than them making money. the max system is a failure and is manipulated at will . the clock is ticking if they can petition the fcc and claim its a total loss they can get out from under it at will...there isn't anything CWA can or WILL do to stop it. nobody is safe even those of you that believe you are...Level 3 is shrewd and will get what they want. face it this technology is about to be decimated ALL copper whether it be cable or DSL will suffer from the emergence of the new technology its here and its knocking at your door its like being at the blackjack table do you "stick" or "hit"
