$100K severance from long 30 work weeks, covering for my manager's 3 day work weeks, in the bank. New job without letting Qc HR know and getting double pay now. But the plus side is - working for a company that values its employees over the shareholders, and gets things done according to schedules --- NOT "when it gets done". I feel valuable again.
