Service took a hit with MAX

Each CST in our group had 20-30 jobs every morning with mandatory work till clear every night. No days off and work OT every non-scheduled. Now, no more than 5 jobs each tech every day and off by 5. No OT and back to getting days off. You know the work didn't slow down, it is MAX limiting the number of tickets coming to us. I have had customers say they have waited weeks for dialtone or DSL. OOS customers have horror stories of waiting weeks for repair. Yeah, we have improved service. MAX will be the death of us if L3 can't figure a way to run us out of business.

I dont know where u all work but i have been getting at least 8 jobs a day to work in 8 hrs. They have lost their mind. We work it from office to home. Have been working over every day. And dumping more in at 3 pm . MAX s---s. TN here

Max is a sh*t show. Our boss says he can't do anything eith the tickets, we have to work whatever they send us, but you know someone is controlling it, cause it doesn't have a mind of it's own. Another ploy to sink the ship.
