First they tell us to move ppl to PCs so we do. Then after the fact tell us that we have to contact PCs 2x a month. So we move them all back to moc. Now they are telling us again to move them to PCs. Make up my mind please. I want out so bad. Applied for so many transfers and nothing.

I am drowning in a sea of overdue alerts for MOC, OD attempts, and then they add new or reassigned members overnight and that stares me in the face every morning. It is hard to stay positive when there is no relief in sight.
So basically we have to make a choice to call members 2 times a month or send to monitor status. This is such bull s##t! Micromanagement to the nth degree.
If you are “valuable “ in your role, you will not be able to transfer, it’s what is good for humana, not you, right now
I know why you mean. We were told to move everyone to PCS if staying managed.
See if your department is being blocked from transferring out. Happens sometimes when they know sh-- is hitting the fan and want to keep who they have OR they are hiring only recently laid off people
