90% freshers being given support and manual testing roles - career dead end in 5 years especially those in testing ....5000 sr functional testers waiting on bench for last six months, being prevented from moving into other roles even after learning new skills. forced career end... new fresher being hired on third party roles for testing and support

people are unable to move on as skill gaining here are dub skills and the cartel prevents them from switching to better technologies getting into better roles - that is the real issue - CARTEL let by NASSCOM, 90% work is still in old technologies, an dit is all support and testing ,due to excess profiteering and greedy mentality layoffs are happening.

the testung people who are on bench have been misled into believing ts will give them long term career in testing.

the lobby of IT services companies in india have formed cartel to prevent test folks from moving into development. (the min 3 years exp) norm etc)

the original poster might be trying to warn newbies of the risk to careers here.

this crtel gas already ruined lives of 200000 techies who are above 40 years age who are finding it impossible to get new jobs even after reskilling.

time to ask why old out dated family business groups need tax breaks?

When you are new and do not like the job role and qualified for something else why cannot the person leave the company for something they like. Where is the issue?
