Didnt facebook tryed to sell network equipment in the past also , what happen to that,
Cisco should go onto Amazon's turf (e-commerce). This will make Amazon to back off Cisco's turf. Alternatively, if Cisco can't sell cheap stuff (books, toys, electronics, etc) online, it should pattern with Amazon's competitors (Ali Baba, eBay, etc).

We have bigger problems than amazon. Both nxos and xr have become unmanageable in size and dependencies and things break daily as collateral. 80% of engg time is going into triages and fixing collaterals on basic things like arp failure, ping failure etc

Cisco buys Amazon?? Last time I checked Amazon is almost 4 times Cisco market caps, it is 879B now.

Folks, we are done. Amazon will screw us so hard, we gonna be in a state of comma for a long time. I am already taking AWS courses online and trying to jump ship over to them.
