History does repeat its self and Wal-Mart/Sams Club is the next giant that will fall. Customer Service already s---s so lets cuts more jobs and have even less employees to help the customer.

Mr Sam said it best. When you take care of your associates they take care of our customers.
They lost respect for the individual along the way sad but most in our club don’t care, only the a-- kissers that sit in the office with managers. The younger managers don’t want to work and cm does nothing even though numerous complaints.
5 years will see another 100 clubs close and 10 will likely see either all closed or sold to another company.........just my opinion no knowledge here........
Yep! We all know the days are numbered. They'd have more of a fighting chance if they knew how to run things. Unfortunately they're doing the opposite of what's needed. That's treating their employees great so the employees will work hard for them. I could go on, but we all know.. Bon voyage Sam's! I met some great people there!
