Our hours in DSD have been cut again. we have 17yrs and 11 yrs with walmart. New schedule has us 26 hours each.We are going to lose our health insurance.How can they cut us down to 26 hrs when we are both full time? Vendors are having to wait long periods of time to get checked in.
They have insurance, Walmart likes shrink that gives them a bigger check.
I’m beginning to believe they really don’t care about shortages.
I got the word today. Anyone know the sevrance policy?

Cash office is being eliminated in sept....got the call today. CSM’s will take over this job. This came straight from my store manager mouth.....
100% AGREE sounds great on paper but it's not reality. Don't share your knowledge with nobody. Sure there's the wire but it's not detailed. Yes it's going automated but they fail to tell you is issues that arise not everything will upload. That's where the experienced C/O comes to resolve the issues. You think the CSM can fix it lol yeh hell they bother my a** all day. They are great in key turns and false refund verification log and incorrect audits. But yet the company wants that to take over a big joke.
This is a poor decision on the company!!
I see a lot of of unresearched shortages in walmart near future and routines not being followed. A lot more service repairs on the recycler.

I've heard rumors the pilot wasn't working and has been halted?
The whole pilot was on the wire. Appears to have been deleted a couple of weeks ago.
No updates but some of the successful pilot stores utilized their full time c/o for the csm position. ( Smart move)
