Will there be any layoffs this week. Tomorrow is Tuesday, generally favorite layoffs day, so I'm starting to get worried.

It's a known fact that working from home is a benefit for the company. Most companies accommodate WFH at least 2 days a week. This is just a ploy to get people to quit. Hang in there for your severance. But have your resume ready because everyone in the Industry knows if you have worked for AIG, you can work anywhere.
One of the greatest challenges that AIG is facing is morale yes cutting perks is no way of boosting an already depleted moral environment there is no cost savings in having us work in the office quite the opposite and AIG certainly needs to be looking at containing ‘costs’ thanks
Seriously, your complaining about working from home only two days a week. Lets stay focused on the real stuff like losing out jobs and s--- it up when it comes to going to your office.
People are unhappy with the most recent move to cut WFH down to just 2 days what a morale killer thought morale was already low then take one of the best perks for those who have earned the privilege of working from home and cut it to just 2 days your in the office now more than @ home what a program the morale had hit new level of low this place does not care about employees certainly not the ones busting there butts for AIG what’s next this must be a foretelling Of things to come any one have same experience anyone have anything to add ... thanks
There is a # over which a company has the legal obligation to report the layoffs publicly, so the preference is to do many smaller non-reportable layoffs and remain quiet about them.
It is always a Thursday but not necessarily before a payday. They have been doing several waves recently, each on a Thursday.
something always coming... but nothing in mass.
I have heard they are coming next week.
