I'm curious to see what type of inventory clubs are getting for holiday merchandise. Normally we start receiving Christmas Trees in July, but haven't received any yet. Halloween items are limited to not even a pallet quantity (costumes) no decorations, and we only have 2 pallets of candy. No real Thanksgiving merch. Just seems odd we havent receive normal items like we have in the past. Is the DC just running late for us, or are your clubs looking slim with this type of merch?

We have our Halloween candy and costumes out already, but we have no Christmas as of yet, very little Harvest in right now. It it kinda strange that Christmas in yet

If thats not a red flag that a club is on the chopping block then I dont know what is.

Christmas trees on tonight's truck here
We have pallets of Halloween candy, some costumes, Halloween yard decorations, fall door mats, Thanksgiving table center pieces and even Christmas ribbon. No trees as of yet. We are a high volume club as well.
This is a sign your club is going to close.

A couple years ago HO decided to streamline holiday merch. The Moto is to Sell Out fast or something.. the company was losing to much over ordering holiday items just to mark down at the end of the year....
