It's so disgraceful that Wall Street does not dig deeper into the practices in place to hit those numbers. We do so much out of compliance to make numbers...Finance runs Dean, not the folks who know the business.

Thought I’d give it a shot to see if anyone fills good about working at Dean. Is there anyone that feels better about Dean than they did six months ago? I personally go back and forth with my emotions, I have worked here along time. Some days I want to throw my hands up and quit. Others, like today I feel a bit more optimistic.
