And nothing has changed. I left/quit BAC about 8-months ago and prior to that, I was on this site a lot. Coming back today, it is all still the Fear and Loathing at BAC. This culture will never change in your lifetime. I moved to another bank and it is a much different world out there. Step off the ledge folks and quit as soon as possible. Get the toxic culture out of your world. Ask for a severance and push for it (make it worth there while to pay you out). Sure it is scary, but once you are on the way out, you will focus on what you will run to (your new future). Simple for some and not so simple for others due to economics and location.
